Marketing

Anyone can generate activity. Traction takes a held thread.

Marketing that carries your strategy into the market, and keeps carrying it.

Plenty of motion, none of it compounding.

Posts go out. Ads run. The invoices arrive. But every channel does its own thing, the message changes shape each month, and none of it stacks. When you’re the only one connecting strategy to activity, the connection is the first thing to go.

More activity won’t fix it; someone holding the thread will.

3 in 4

Three in four interested farmers admired Can-Am and never bought. That gap is a marketing problem, and closing it is what the campaign was for.

Strategy goes in, traction comes out.

01

Start from the position

No campaign begins until we know what it’s meant to move. The strategy sets the audience, the message and the target.

02

Build the system

Channels, cadence and creative direction planned as one system, sized to your capacity rather than spread thin for show.

03

Put it in market

Campaigns launch with the message intact, because the people who wrote the strategy are the people shipping the work.

04

Read and adjust

We track what moved, in plain numbers you can act on, and tighten the system each cycle.

The real question is where to start.

Strategy, marketing and content aren’t a menu. Sooner or later a business needs all three, and almost nobody has the room to run them all at once. Plenty can’t properly resource even one, and that’s normal too. So the first conversation works out where the effort goes first, against what the business is actually trying to do. Sometimes that’s here. Sometimes it’s one of the other two doors, and we’ll point at the right one.

Marketing is usually the starting point when

There’s a clear story to tell and no one with the hours to tell it.

Money’s going into channels and nobody can say what it’s bringing back.

The suppliers each do their bit, and the bits don’t add up to one message.

If the story itself is fuzzy, marketing will only amplify the fuzz. That’s a strategy conversation first, and we’ll say so.

How we do strategy    How we make content
